The New Prague Hockey Association Board of Directors provides the leadership, governance, and strategic direction of the Association. Board members work collaboratively to support our mission, make decisions in the best interests of NPHA, and help create a positive, development-focused experience for our players, families, and community.

Director of Operations The Director of Operations supports the efficient operation of the Association by coordinating Board initiatives, organizational projects, and strategic priorities. This position works collaboratively with Board Members and Coordinators to help ensure Board-approved initiatives are implemented effectively while identifying opportunities to improve organizational processes and efficiency. The Director of Operations focuses on coordination, project management, and organizational success rather than overseeing hockey operations or individual departments.
