2026-2027 Mite/8U Coaches Meeting
Date: TBD (first weekend of practices)
Mandatory for all Mite coaches.

Please complete this form if your player plans to participate in the NPHA Mite Preseason Clinic. This information allows us to plan for attendance and ensure we have enough coaches on the ice for each session.
Players must be registered for the 2026–2027 NPHA season BEFORE submitting this form.
Submission of this form is required to participate in the Preseason Clinic. No walk-ins will be allowed. Players who have not submitted this form will not be able to participate. There is no additional cost for the Preseason Clinic this season.
