Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Coach Registration

NPHA provides reimbursement, upon request, for coaches' USA Hockey Membership, certification clinics, and background screening fees, however, such requests must be submitted by a deadline of March 31 of the current season. No reimbursements will be granted if a request is received after this deadline. Reimbursement requests are to be submitted in writing to the NPHA Treasurer.
