Raffle Calendar

Abby Hosking

Raffle Calendar Coordinator

The Raffle Calendar is one of our most popular traditions! Unlike the product fundraiser, this is a mandatory raffle where the cost is built directly into your registration. The best part? Once you sell your calendars, you keep the cash to reimburse yourself!

How It Works

The Cost: Each calendar is $20. Families will receive their raffle calendars during the season, and payment will be collected at the designated collection date. For the 2026–2027 season, raffle calendar payments are due by January 24, 2027.

When you sell a raffle calendar to a friend, family member, or neighbor for $20, simply set that money aside. Rather than paying for your calendars up front and keeping the proceeds as reimbursement, families will now submit payment when calendars are turned in.

Additional information regarding calendar distribution, collection, and payment procedures will be shared during the season.

The Stubs: Once a calendar is sold, simply keep the stub. You’ll turn all your completed stubs in by the deadline to enter your buyers into the prize drawings.
