Recruitment Coordinator* The Recruitment Coordinator supports the continued growth of the Association by developing and promoting initiatives that introduce new players and families to hockey. This position works collaboratively with the Communications Director, Board Members, schools, community organizations, and volunteers to increase awareness of the Association and encourage participation. The Recruitment Coordinator helps showcase the value of being part of the New Prague Hockey Association while strengthening future membership.

Retention Coordinator* The Retention Coordinator supports initiatives that strengthen member engagement and encourage players and families to remain active within the Association. This position works collaboratively with the Communications Director, Board Members, and volunteers to identify opportunities that enhance the overall member experience while promoting a positive Association culture. The Retention Coordinator helps foster an environment where every player and family feels welcomed, supported, and proud to be part of the New Prague Hockey Association.

Sponsorship Coordinator* The Sponsorship Coordinator serves as the Association's primary liaison in supporting the Arena Board and Second Sheet Committee throughout the Rink 2 Campaign. This position assists with developing community partnerships, coordinating sponsorship and fundraising opportunities, and building relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community members to help advance the campaign. The Sponsorship Coordinator should possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, a passion for growing the New Prague community, and a commitment to creating opportunities that support the future of the New Prague Hockey Association.

Tournament Coordinator* The Tournament Coordinator leads the planning and execution of the District 6 tournament hosted annually by the New Prague Hockey Association. This position works collaboratively with the Director of Operations, volunteers, Team Managers, District representatives, and Board Members to ensure the tournament is organized, welcoming, and provides a positive experience for participating teams, officials, and families. The Tournament Coordinator plays an important role in showcasing the Association while coordinating one of its largest annual events.
